Mystery Range (1937)
Tom Wade of the Cattlemen's Protective Association is on a case to discover why a ranch owner is trying to talk his niece and only inheritor to sell the ranch for cheap. It turns out the ranch land is to be sold for a railroad to be installed right through it. Film highlight: when Tom walks into a saloon and orders a soda pop right in front of the criminals he is looking to catch.
